Looking for pet advice but don’t have a veterinarian you can speak with? We’re here to help.
Today, we’re launching the “Ask a Vet” feature on the Fuzzy Pet Health app for all pet parents in the United States on iOS devices. With the simple push of a button, pet parents can ask veterinarians any questions about their pet’s health – for FREE.
It’s simple – once you download the app, navigate to the “Ask a Vet” button in the menu and you’ll be connected with one of our veterinarians. Ask questions, get answers, and share photos with our vets.
There are a plethora of questions that you can ask in the Fuzzy app like:
You’ll receive thoughtful advice from our excellent team of veterinarians, along with links to additional resources and information to help you make informed decisions about your pet’s health.
To be clear, our amazing Fuzzy Veterinary Team won’t be providing diagnoses via the app (unless it is one of our members who have had an in-home Fuzzy visit), since we strongly believe those can best be provided in a clinic setting. However, the team can give pet parents the peace-of-mind that they want.
You can learn more information about some of our veterinarians (not spelled veternarian) by visiting our team page. All of our veterinarians are licensed and treat patients at Fuzzy Pet Health here in the SF Bay Area.
Between 7am and 10pm PST you’ll receive an answer as soon as possible. However, our veterinarians do need their beauty sleep – so during off hours you can expect a response first thing in the morning.
Please drop us a line anytime at firstname.lastname@example.org – we’d love to hear any suggestions that you have or answer questions that may come up.
